Squaw Creek Campground

The family campground at Squaw Creek Park features two different camping areas: A Loop and B Loop.  A map of each area is provided below. A Loop sites can be reserved in advance on LinnCountyParks.com. B Loop is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.  All campers must self-register in each individual campground and pay the required fee. A dumping station for use by campers who camped in Linn County parks is available.  Firewood is also available for purchase. Please note that campers can only stay at one campground for 14 days out of any 21 day period.

- 24 ADA accessible sites
– Electric (50, 30, and 20 amp) at all sites
– Pressurized water at all sites
– 20 sites with sewer hook up (no sewer at sites 14, 15, 17, 19)
– Fire ring and picnic table at all sites
– Most sites are pull through (pull in sites are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 15, 17, and 24)
– Flush restrooms nearby

General Information
SELF REGISTRATION – Campground is self-registration.  Campers should select their campsite, then register and pay the required fee at the self-registration station within one hour of arrival.

CAMPSITES MAY NOT BE RESERVED – Campgrounds are managed on a first-come, first-serve basis (with the exception of group camps and Squaw Creek A Loop).

TIME LIMIT – We observe a 14 day limit (14 days out of any 21 day period) on the length of time that you may stay at any campground.

SEASON – Most campgrounds are open April 15 – October 15, river and ground conditions permitting.

FIREWOOD – Firewood is available for purchase.  Out of state firewood is not permitted.

FIRES – may be built in fire rings provided and extinguished at the time of departure from the campsite.

PETS – Must be on a leash (unless noted otherwise) and under control at all times.

ADDITIONAL VEHICLES – Should be parked in designated areas.

CLOSING TIME – All visitors must depart by closing time of 10:30PM.

Please observe restrictions on the number of persons allowed to camp in any one campsite.
